Continuation of indoor swim sessions, focus on endurance and speed development

Service Description
Last session of the "Off season" indoor swim practices, where the athlete is beginning to increase volume in workouts while continuing to develop endurance and speed in the pool. 9-week session Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Current max program capacity is 16 participants. Athletes are encouraged to bring their own paddles, pull buoys, training fins and swim snorkel to practice as these tools will come in handy during sets. Session will include a time trial workout to determine new pace as well as touch on some OWS drills to prepare for the transition to the OWS training and race season. Facilities will open at 5:30. Location, fees and dates are subject to change

Cancellation Policy
Open water swim is weather and water quality dependent and may be cancelled last minute for day of swim. Radar will be monitored in the event of storms and may have delayed starts, which will be communicated on social media account. Single participant registration needed at this time for accuracy in count and tracking of participants. Participants are responsible for parking permits, completion of Triathlon swim training permit through Waukesha County Parks and possess an active membership From USAT. Tri-fecta reserves the right to remove participants who are not adhering to safety guidelines, engaging in disruptive behaviors or endangering other participants at event without refund. This is a closed event, drop in rates apply.
