All workshop participants must be able to swim 500 yards non-stopdue to the water depth. The second class of the Newbie Workshop Series. The talking points of this workshop will include:
- Sighting
- Buoys and turns basics
- Breath timing
- Stroke types
- Body position
- Managing muscle cramps and motion sickness
