Indoor Training now partnered with ElmBrook Swim Club

I am excited to announce the partnering with ElmBrook Swim Club to provide my indoor swim training program this year. Joining EBSC has opened up this opportunity with a well established and energetic group that is welcoming this addition to their programing.

Practices will be held Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 5:30-6:30 at Brookfield Central High School starting mid-September through the end of April (dates and location are subject to schedule and facility availability)

Sessions will focus on stroke refinement and technique, pace and speed development, endurance and group training opportunities. Athletes will be utilizing personal equipment of

training fins, paddles and pull buoys in portions of practices throughout the session with occasional use of snorkel as well.

Active USAT membership required in place of USA Masters membership
